I provide experienced project management and production support for planners, venues, and corporate teams, stepping in wherever an event needs another experienced set of hands, from early planning through on-site execution

Events rarely go exactly according to plan. Sometimes you need someone to help build the plan. Sometimes you need someone to take ownership of the details halfway through. And sometimes you simply need a trusted person on-site who knows what needs to happen next.

I join existing teams to bring structure, clear communication, and calm execution to complex events.
